Golf lessons and instruction in the Twin Cities

Testimonials

Unsolicited praise for private and group golf lessons

From a beginner

  • "Thank you so much, Angie! Our office outing was the best we've ever had! We all learned a great deal and had a terrific time! The next day, everyone else in the other departments were so jealous because their office parties weren't nearly as cool and they all wanted your phone number! We'll definitely do an 'office outing' golf lesson with you again next year. We had a blast, learned an amazing amount, and we'll recommend you to everyone!"

From experienced players

  • "Thank you for being such a wonderful instructor. I think you not only know golf but the physiology and body mechanics crucial to the game. You also have a kind and encouraging way of teaching without being unrealistic or phony which I appreciated very much. Since our lessons, I have been singing your praises to everyone! I would be interested in having more lessons in the spring if you will take me on!"

  • "I've been playing for years, but really wanted to get to the next level. Angie helped me dramatically improve my game – I had no idea how much potential I had! Now instead of worrying about how I'm going to do, I can really enjoy the game! Of all the teachers golf teachers around town, Angie is rated the highest for a reason!"

  • "I've been golfing for over forty years, never really getting very good. I signed up for lessons to try and improve my golf game for my retirement years. Within the first one half hour Angie spotted a flaw in my swing, gave me training tips to practice, and I began to hit the ball straighter than I had in years. I'd had other lessons before, but Angie has helped me more than the others combined. She is very observant, a good listener, and very patient. I'm enjoying the game more now than ever."

  • "I meant to e-mail you earlier to let you know how happy I've been with my playing since my last lesson. It started with the Gland Slam Golf Tournament that Kathy Gerber and I played in last month. We didn't do so well the first two days, but did great on the third day and took fourth place in our flight. After that my husband and I played in the end of the season Prestwick Couples Golf Tournament (we play nine holes there every Friday) and we took third place. Then Kathy and I played in the MWPGA Team/Club at Highland and played really well (even though we didn't win anything). We shot a 38 on the front nine! We had a two-stoke penalty on the back nine that hurt us and we couldn't recover from that. I've noticed a big improvement in my drives and also in my short game, especially my putting. The last thing I want to share with you was at our Inverwood Golf Banquet where our team took first place for the season. I also received awards for most greens in regulation, longest drive, most improved player, most birdies and the one and only eagle for the season. It was so much fun! My handicap is lower than it's ever been at 16.6 and I hope it continues to drop. I've been doing the drills you taught and I've been practicing a lot, especially my short game. So I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all help with my golf game! I plan on scheduling another lesson before the snow flies and I want to work in the dome over the winter."
